I came to this work from inside the problem it solves.

What I do now, I needed myself first.

I spent years living the kind of patterns this work is built for. I tried most of what people try, and spent real money on approaches that produced progress and then lost it. The work I do now is what eventually did not.

THE PATTERNS I LIVED

The outside picture looked solid. It wasn't the whole story.

From the outside, the markers read as a good life. Nearly twenty years across Mercedes-Benz in Germany and senior roles at Al-Futtaim Automotive in Dubai. Strong income, the travel and lifestyle that came with it, a serious commitment to training. What did not match it was what was running inside: a mind that did not switch off at night, decisions I avoided when I already knew the answer, boundaries I meant to hold and moved instead.

For a while, the answer was to push harder. I was working up to nineteen-hour days during the week, and most weekends disappeared into work too. Close to burnout, when what I needed was rest, I trained hard instead, piling more load onto a nervous system already past its limit. The training bought an hour or two where the noise went quiet, but it was another way of pushing, not rest. By then I had read the books, worked with coaches, sat in men's circles, done the programs. I had looked at myself carefully for years and kept landing back in the same internal state. I had quietly stopped expecting any of it to reach the thing underneath.

Effort was never my problem. Where I was applying it was.

What changed it

One day showed me the door. Five days took me through it.

What finally changed it was a structured methodology with a documented track record. It reached me in two stages. The first was a single-day workshop. I went in carrying the skepticism that builds up after years of trying, and left having heard the clearest read on my own patterns I had ever had, along with why every approach before it had produced progress that did not hold. That was enough to commit to the five-day workshop that followed, where the actual change happened.

What I came out with was not a better set of strategies. The conditioning underneath had been cleared, and the patterns that had been running were no longer there. Internal noise I had carried since my teens was gone. Sleep that had been broken for years settled. What had run the same way for two decades resolved in five days.

In one sense it felt like becoming a different person. In another, it was the opposite: the calm and clarity I had been chasing turned out to be what was left once the weight on top of it was gone. It was not something added. It was something uncovered.

Why I do this

I left a senior career in automotive to build the practice around it.

By the end of it, I had decided to leave my senior role in Dubai and train in this work myself. Over the following months I relocated to Thailand, completed my certification to master level, and built a practice around it. Leaving a stable career was not a decision I took lightly. What moved me was purpose: I had been in that position long enough to know its cost, and this practice exists to address it for people in the same place. The work is a continuing one, not a qualification I completed and set aside. I stay current through ongoing study and continued mentorship. The understanding deepens as the practice does.

I know what this process feels like from both sides. Not in theory. From being on each end of it, with the same patterns I now help others resolve.
