These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://manuellunz.com and any services provided by ML Peak Performance FZE, doing business as Manuel Lunz (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Who We Are

2. Scope of Services

We provide coaching services focused on mindset transformation, root-level pattern change, and mental performance.


Our services may include:

  • free introductory or suitability conversations, including the Pattern Analysis Session

  • 1:1 coaching services and structured coaching processes

  • pre-session assessments, preparation materials, and integration exercises

  • digital materials or educational resources

  • future group coaching, live sessions, in-person sessions, events, workshops, speaking engagements, or digital products

The Pattern Analysis Session is a preliminary suitability conversation only. It is intended to help us understand your situation at a high level, determine whether our services may be suitable for you, and explain possible next steps where appropriate.

Booking or attending a Pattern Analysis Session does not create a paid coaching relationship and does not guarantee acceptance into any paid service.

These Terms apply to all current and future services unless separate terms are expressly agreed in writing.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 or older. By using our website or services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Application and Acceptance

Booking a Pattern Analysis Session, submitting information through our website, or expressing interest in our services does not guarantee acceptance into any paid coaching service.

We reserve the right to:

  • accept or decline any prospective client

  • determine whether our services are appropriate for a person’s situation

  • request additional information reasonably necessary to assess suitability

  • request written confirmation from an appropriately qualified professional where we reasonably believe this is appropriate

  • decline, pause, or discontinue services where we reasonably believe coaching is not appropriate for the person’s circumstances or is outside the scope of our services

A binding agreement for paid services is formed only when:

  • we have confirmed acceptance into the relevant service

  • you have accepted any applicable service terms or client agreement

  • the required full payment or agreed first instalment has been successfully completed

5. Coaching Disclaimer

Our services are coaching services only.

We do not provide:

  • medical advice or medical treatment

  • psychological or psychiatric treatment

  • psychotherapy, counselling, or trauma therapy

  • diagnosis of any medical or mental-health condition

  • crisis intervention or emergency support

Nothing provided through our website, Pattern Analysis Sessions, assessments, coaching sessions, materials, or communications should be considered a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, or therapeutic care.

If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, are at risk of harm to yourself or another person, or require medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic care, you should contact an appropriately qualified professional or emergency service without delay.

6. Suitability and Existing Medical, Psychological, or Therapeutic Care

Our services are not suitable for every person or every situation.

You agree to inform us before beginning any paid coaching service if you are currently receiving psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or other clinical care that is materially connected to the matters you wish to address through our services.

Where we reasonably consider it appropriate, we may request written confirmation from an appropriately qualified professional that participation in our coaching service is suitable alongside your current care before paid services begin or continue.

We may decline, pause, or terminate services where:

  • your situation appears to require medical, psychiatric, psychological, therapeutic, or crisis support rather than coaching

  • we reasonably believe continuing coaching would be inappropriate for your circumstances

  • requested professional confirmation is not provided

  • relevant information affecting suitability was withheld from us

Where services are terminated because coaching is no longer appropriate and this is not due to your breach, any refund for unused services will be handled in accordance with the refund and termination provisions of these Terms.

7. Client Responsibility and Participation

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing, and results

  • coaching requires honest disclosure, active participation, focus, and engagement

  • you are responsible for deciding whether you are in an appropriate condition to participate in a session

  • you must provide a private, interruption-free, and suitable environment for sessions

  • where preparation work or assessments are provided before a session, you are responsible for completing them carefully and honestly by the stated deadline

  • failure to complete required preparation may require a session to be rescheduled and may affect the effectiveness or continuity of the process

  • results cannot be guaranteed and outcomes vary according to individual circumstances, participation, and factors outside our control

8. Payments

All payments are processed through external payment providers, such as Stripe.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing:

  • full payment is required before any paid services begin

  • preparation materials for paid services will be provided only after payment has been successfully completed

  • paid sessions will be scheduled only after payment has been successfully completed

  • pricing is communicated individually, through official materials, or through an approved checkout process

  • payments are subject to the refund terms set out below

If we expressly agree in writing to any alternative payment schedule, the specific payment terms, due dates, and consequences of missed payments will be confirmed separately in writing or through the approved checkout process.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and that sufficient funds are available for any payment you authorise.

9. Payment Plans

Payment plans are not automatically available and may be offered only at our discretion and confirmed in writing.

If a payment plan is agreed:

  • the full agreed fee remains contractually owed, subject to any applicable refund rights set out in these Terms

  • the first agreed instalment must be successfully paid before preparation materials are issued or paid sessions are scheduled

  • the instalment amounts and due dates will be recorded in writing or through the approved checkout process

  • failure to make an instalment payment when due may result in suspension of services, cancellation of future sessions, termination of access to materials, or the remaining balance becoming immediately due, to the extent permitted by applicable law

Where a refund is validly requested before the applicable refund deadline, any amount already paid will be refunded and future scheduled instalments relating to the cancelled service will not be collected.

Specific payment-plan structures are not automatically available and will be confirmed individually where approved.

10. Refund Policy

The Pattern Analysis Session is free of charge and is not treated as the first paid session for the purpose of this refund policy.

For paid coaching services:

  • you may request a full refund of amounts paid up to 24 hours before the first scheduled paid coaching session

  • within 24 hours of the first scheduled paid coaching session, payments become non-refundable

  • once the first paid coaching session has taken place, all payments are non-refundable

  • where an approved payment plan applies and the refund deadline has passed, the remaining agreed instalments continue to be owed in accordance with the payment-plan agreement or written confirmation

No refunds are provided for:

  • completed sessions

  • partially used services after the refund deadline has passed

  • missed sessions or late cancellations as set out below

  • lack of participation, failure to complete preparation, or failure to engage with the process

  • dissatisfaction based on outcomes, as specific results are not guaranteed

Where we terminate paid services without client fault because we determine that continuing coaching is no longer appropriate, we may issue a pro-rata refund for unused paid services, except where otherwise required or restricted by applicable law.

11. Scheduling, Preparation and Rescheduling

Paid sessions are scheduled only after successful payment of the required full fee or agreed first instalment.

Where practical, the first paid session will normally be scheduled at least 48 hours after enrolment to allow sufficient time for preparation and to preserve a clear cancellation window.

Certain services require completion of preparation materials or assessments before the first paid session. You agree to complete and return any required preparation by the stated deadline. If required preparation is not completed adequately or on time, we may require the session to be rescheduled.

Rescheduling policy:

  • changes requested at least 24 hours before a scheduled paid session may be rescheduled

  • changes requested less than 24 hours before a scheduled paid session may be considered a used session

  • missed sessions or no-shows are considered used sessions

  • exceptions may be permitted at our discretion

We reserve the right to reschedule sessions where reasonably necessary. In such circumstances, an appropriate alternative time will be offered.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time if:

  • you breach these Terms

  • payments are not completed

  • behavior is abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive

  • the service is no longer appropriate for your situation

If termination occurs due to your actions, no refund will be provided. If we terminate services without client fault, we may issue a pro-rata refund for unused services.

13. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our website or services, including but not limited to:

  • materials

  • frameworks

  • recordings

  • documents

remains our intellectual property. You may not:

  • reproduce

  • distribute

  • share

  • resell

  • record sessions

  • take screenshots or capture content

without prior written permission.

14. Session Recording

We may request permission to record Pattern Analysis Sessions for purposes including internal review, quality assurance, service delivery, documentation, and record-keeping.

For paid coaching services, session recording is part of how the service is documented, reviewed, and delivered. By entering into a paid coaching service, you acknowledge and agree that paid coaching sessions will be recorded unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

No session will be knowingly recorded by us without first informing you before recording begins.

Where a session is recorded:

  • recordings will be treated as confidential

  • recordings will not be published or shared publicly without your separate express consent

  • recordings may be stored or processed through secure third-party technology providers used to operate our services

  • recordings may be used to review service delivery, session history, agreed actions, and matters relevant to the continuation or termination of services

  • recordings may be disclosed only where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

If you do not agree to recording of paid coaching sessions, we may decline to provide the paid service, pause the service, or terminate the service in accordance with these Terms.

You may not record, copy, distribute, publish, screenshot, or share any session, recording, material, or communication without our prior written permission.

15. Communication

We may communicate with you via:

  • email

  • messaging platforms (e.g. WhatsApp)

  • booking or scheduling tools

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and reviewing communications.

16. No Guarantees

Our services are designed to support meaningful personal change through a structured coaching process. However, individual experiences and results vary.

We do not guarantee:

  • any specific result or outcome

  • permanent change in any particular pattern

  • any specific emotional, personal, relationship, professional, or financial result

  • any specific timeline in which a result will occur

Testimonials, examples, and descriptions of prior client experiences are illustrations of individual experiences only and are not guarantees that another person will experience the same results.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services

You agree that you use our services at your own responsibility.

18. Future Services

These Terms also apply to future offerings, including:

  • digital products

    • one-time purchase or subscription-based access

  • live or in-person coaching sessions

  • workshops, events, or speaking engagements

Additional terms may apply to specific services where relevant.

19. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
